booking conditions

Provisional reservations can be made by telephone, or via the Internet and will be held for 7 days and a non returnable deposit of 25% of the total amount due.

Please note that this is non returnable in the event of cancellation and we advise that adequate insurance is taken in case of unforeseen circumstances.

We ask that arrivals are not before 3pm to allow us time to prepare the accommodation for your stay. All guests are required to vacate the premises by 10.30am on the day of departure in order for us to prepare the accommodation in time for our next guests.

The proprietors do not accept liability for any personal injury sustained by any visitor on the premises, or loss or damage to personal property on our premises however caused.
